Emergency Preparedness
PERT
As you may recall from past newsletters, our neighborhood
is looking for 25 brave individuals to participate in the (free)
Pasadena Emergency Response Training (PERT). The
training is conducted by the Pasadena Fire Department,
and will help our neighborhood be more prepared for
emergency situations until professional assistance is
available.
To date, one dozen neighbors have signed up. We are
slowly moving closer to having the desired number of
participants. More than ever, your participation will help
make this training a reality, and help our neighborhood be
more prepared for the next earthquake or other emergency.
Between now and the upcoming HHNA general meeting, we
hope to move forward and determine a tentative schedule
for this training. Please contact Diane Grohulski to
